Booking Policy

 

Prices for experiences are reflected at 50% of the total experience fee. The remaining balance is due upon receiving your final invoice via email. Add-ons are to be paid in full prior to booking.


Inclement weather: Customers are eligible to reschedule their picnic experience within 30 days of their original booking date if inclement weather occurs. As long as their rescheduled date doesn’t conflict with other booked reservations. We are also happy to move your picnic indoors!

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Deposits for experiences are non refundable, and add-ons will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

This means that if you purchased an experience with add ons, and haven’t paid your invoice in full, your total refund will only include 75% of the add-on costs.

Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds.
